Our Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are dedicated to making sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Style and Grace Boutique offers returns for store credit only if no exchange is made for equal or less value of the item. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase for store credit or exchange only. NO REFUNDS.

The store credit policy is as followed:

*Contact Style and Grace Boutique at sgraceboutique1@gmail.com with the subject being RETURN to start the process. You will then receive a authorization number.

*Merchandise must be unworn and with all tags.( no stains, rips and odors etc.)

*Store credit is valid for 10 days from the date it was issued. No Exceptions.

*Please allow us 5-7 days from the return shipped date to process your store credit or exchange.

* All sales are final for sale items and holiday specials.
